In what currency are prices displayed?

All prices are shown in EUR (€).


I just placed an order – when will it be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped the same day, so you’ll receive your order the next day.


I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged.
You have 30 days to return the product for a full refund.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we’ve received the item, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Please include your name and order number on the returned package.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return process for a full refund.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you misspelled or automatically filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.
You can also contact us at info@lucienperfume.nl.
If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours.
Please note: No refunds will be issued after 24 hours if the incorrect address has already been submitted.
