We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 11:59 PM, we’ll ensure it is delivered the next day. This applies to all orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday).
We deliver from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Friday before 11:59 PM will be delivered on Saturday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
There may be situations in which we’re unable to fulfill our "order today, delivered tomorrow" promise:
National holidays: No deliveries are made on public holidays. In such cases, delivery will take place the next working day.
Unexpected delays: Severe weather or logistical issues with the carrier may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.
Longer lead time products: Some items may have a longer delivery time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping is free of charge. We’ll make sure your order is delivered to you at no additional cost.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery time.
You can choose to have your package delivered to your home address or any alternative address.
Please make sure the delivery address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address information.
If you’re not home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave a delivery notice.
